My experiences as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, as founder of On Purpose Berlin and as a manager at the Haufe Group have shaped me in many different ways - but above all they have made me sensitive to a 'no bullshit attitude'.
I want to deliver real added value and truly help individuals and organizations move forward.
And if necessary, go where it hurts.
All of this, however, in an empathetic, humorous way, because I think we already have enough bad moods in Germany ;)
I enjoy constantly finding new solutions and working with smart, creative minds on current, challenging topics. I never stop learning and developing – both professionally and personally.
Furthermore, it's important to me to view myself and my work in a broader context—especially in these times, it's crucial not to focus solely on oneself, but to keep a close eye on social cohesion and to advocate for fair cooperation. I try to do this both in my work and in my private life.
