General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Julian Müller-Schwefe – Consulting | Coaching | Facilitation

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, services and offers between Julian Müller-Schwefe, Sonnhalde 47a, 79104 Freiburg (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”), and the respective contractual partner (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) within the scope of services in the areas of consulting, coaching and moderation.

2. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded through a written confirmation of the offer requested by the customer (via email or online booking) or through written acceptance of an offer from the provider. Verbal agreements require written confirmation.

3. Services

The scope of the agreed services is determined by the individual offer or the service description on the website. Changes, additions, or special requests require a written agreement.

4. Remuneration and payment terms

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are net plus applicable statutory sales tax. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt without deductions. In the event of late payment, the provider reserves the right to charge default interest at the statutory rate.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will incur a charge of 80% of the fee, unless the appointment is rescheduled at short notice.

6. Cancellation by the provider

Should the provider be unable to attend an appointment for important reasons (e.g., illness, force majeure), a prompt alternative date will be offered. Further claims (e.g., for lost profits or travel expenses) are excluded.

7. Liability

The provider is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. No liability is assumed for damages resulting from incorrect information or misunderstandings during the coaching or consulting process. Coaching is not therapy and does not replace medical or psychological treatment.

8. Confidentiality

The provider undertakes to treat all information obtained during the collaboration as confidential. This also applies after the collaboration has ended.

9. Copyright

All documents, concepts, presentations or work materials provided to the customer are subject to copyright and may not be reproduced, published or passed on to third parties without the prior written consent of the provider.

10. Data protection

The data protection provisions apply in accordance with the privacy policy published on the website.

11. Final provisions

The place of jurisdiction is Freiburg im Breisgau, to the extent permitted by law. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
