Curiosity, the will to create and a thirst for adventure - that's what runs through my life. I love discovering new perspectives, making complex topics tangible and really making a difference together with others.
A quick look back
I have always felt that my life is a privilege – and I wanted to make the most of it and discover as much as possible from an early age.
After studying Business Economics at Witten/Herdecke University and the University of California, Santa Barbara, I moved to the United Kingdom and Spain. I completed my Master's in International Management at the London School of Economics and ESADE Business School .
These diverse perspectives and inspiring people have shaped me - and motivated me to strive for excellence in my career.
I started my professional life at The Boston Consulting Group, where I was able to support companies and organizations of all kinds. After that, it was clear to me that I wanted to shape things myself.
At 27, I founded my first own company - On Purpose Berlin - and made one of the best decisions of my life. Being an entrepreneur is not a job, it's a mindset.
Building a community with such committed, motivated people fills me with pride to this day.
After intensive start-up years, I moved from Berlin to Freiburg. At the Haufe Group, I took on responsibility as a product manager, intrapreneur and leader- six years full of development, exciting projects and great people. But the entrepreneurial spirit never completely left me.
Today I am self-employed again - as a consultant, coach and facilitator. I not only want to share knowledge, but above all learn, shape and grow together with others. The world is changing rapidly at the moment - so it's all the more important to find new paths together. I look forward to the journey!
